Duplicate Values when using Look-Up columns to generate reports

Duplicate Values when using Look-Up columns to generate reports

Hi All,

I have 2 Tables [ Employee Data Leave and Tasks]. I have done Look-up using common Field [Employee Name]

I then created report based on below values:
X-Axis - Date
Y-Axis - Total Allocated Hours [From TASKS table]
           - Total Daily Working Hours [From Employee Data Leave Table]

The actual value of Total Daily Working Hours is = 8 Hours for January 2017.

The Report is showing Total Daily Working Hours = 16 Hours . [This is Incorrect]

The reason it is showing as 16 hours is because it is adding 2 entires of 8 hours each based on the number of entries of Total Allocated Hours from TASKS table. Please see attachments.

Please help me resolve this issue.
