It would be very beneficial to be able to change the email subject when replying/forwarding an email from a ticket, but NOT the actual ticket subject. Leaving the Zoho ticket in the subject is fine. Maybe have the option to create a "New Email Thread" in this scenario.
Use case: Needing to retain customer information in the email subject when communicating with a customer, but not wanting to include said customer information when emailing a vendor or 3rd party from the same ticket.

Workaround 1: Edit ticket, change the subject, send the email, edit ticket again, change the subject back
Workaround 2: Create another ticket, use the Zoho Parent-Child ticket extension to link the two tickets together. Maintain email communication to the customer in the Parent ticket, email communication to a vendor/3rd party in the child ticket.
