Hi - I would like to find out about options for setting up a new user in ZoHo One more efficiently.
We use a large range of apps in the ZoHo One suite.
At this time, a staff member will sit and manually configure the new user profile one application at a time.
Whilst different Users may need slight variations between some settings in accordance with their role, the majority of our users could, at least initially, be set up with the same sets of permissions within each application.
Manual configuration of a new user can literally take hours, and I imagine this could be a scripted action that takes seconds.
What are our options for making the user setup more automated?
