I am coming across several candidates that I have submitted to Zoho by way of Outlook/Email add-in that are not in our system. Is there a way to confirm that the resume/candidate actually made it into our database? In the past, I have used Jobdiva. When a candidate was submitted to Jobdiva via Email - Outlook/Gmail etc. I received an email reply to confirm that the system received, added to ATS and had a link/candidate number that associated candidate to ATS.
