Email Automation : wainting a number of readings on the same campaign to make an action
Good morning all,
I am a newbie with the Zoho automation campaign and workflow.
I am currently trying to create a newsletter using the RSS feed.
But here is my goal: I would like to send a notification to our sales team when someone reads our newsletter 3 times. Then the sales team will know when someone is interested in our news.
I know we can choose a time frame before sending an email. But I don't know how to set a reading amount before performing an action.
I have researched this topic before but can not find any related to my problem. If it exists I'm sorry I couldn't see it and if you could send me the link thank you very much
