Rolled out our first email campaign on Zoho. Kept it small for the sake of trialing the campaign section, basically 85 address of people who signed up for a contest a trade show with a chance to win a Martin Guitar ... so basically voluntary sign ups (no blind email contacts) that would want to know if they won a several hundred dollar prize (ie: they would genuinely want to open this email).
3 out of the 85 opened this email.
Resent the campaign to the unopened addresses, zero additional opens.
Being that that is was a a high percentage to be opened email we decided to test the campaign service with two sets of email addresses.
One set consisting of our company URL addresses, the second non company based email address (eg: gmail, yahoo, etc ...)
Both of those tests saw only one person, out of several being sent the email (it went directly into thier spam folder), actually recieved the email. All other addresses in both tests never received the test emails (nothing in spam, junk, etc ... like they never were sent.
Zoho analytics state 100 percent of the emails were sent with zero bounce backs.
Please advise on how to fix this issue.
