I'm s close to having this setup how I would like, but the last step is proving difficult. Any help would be appreciated.
I am using Zoho to manage my eCommerce sales. So far I have the sale being imported into the Sales order pipeline and it works beautifully.
However, I want to collate all emails within the sales order.
1. When I send an email from within the sales order it works.
2. When the customer writes back to the email it doesn't go into the sales order.
So - there didn't seem to be a contact created which I'm assuming is part of the issue. So I created a workflow that created a contact every time a sales order was made. It works.
So now the reply is going to the contact, but not into the sales order.
It's interesting to note that when sending an email from within the sales order I have to type in the "To" email address.
So the sales order doesn't seem to be connected to the contact correctly.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Perhaps I am missing a field in the workflow that creates the contact?
