We are just about to start calling aged contacts from our Zoho list and the calls will be followed up with an email. What happens when that contact replies to our email? Is there a way to view a list or dashboard on email replies from any of these contacts?
We are outsourcing some of this so our supplier will need insights into this within Zoho. Currently we use Outlook for emails and this is linked to the contact profile so we can see any emails within each record.
I want to know if there is a way for the supplier to see an 'overview' of any responses rather than having to check each individual contact to see if there is an email reply.
