Empower sales reps to sell with Zoho CRM, now with iOS 13 experience
Hello iOS CRM mobile app users,
iOS 13 is here and we are thrilled to announce about the new features in the latest version of the Zoho CRM app. I hope you are as excited as we are!
Below are the features that are supported in the latest update of the app:
Dark Mode:
This has been a long time coming. For all the users who love to burn the mid-night oil, we are now turning off the lights and rolling out the 'Dark theme' in the mobile app.
You can enable Dark theme in the mobile app by following the steps mentioned below:
1. Go to CRM mobile app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Themes.
4. Select the 'Dark' theme/ device theme.
Once done, if you would like start/ stop timer for the tasks/ issues, activate Siri and issue the voice command for the specific custom view to be launched.
Set app specific language:
With iOS13, we now have the option to set a language just for the app irrespective of the language set in the mobile device.
You can set the app language using the steps given below:
1. Go to device's settings.
2. Select Zoho CRM app from the list of apps.
3. Set the language per your requirement.
Audio transcription:
With iOS 13, the transcription can be done on your device, enhancing user privacy. You can now choose either the Apple server or the device for the audio transcription.
You can select the transcription mode from within the CRM app Settings > Voice-to-text > Apple Server/ On device.
Scan documents:
Using your phone's camera, you can scan all kinds of paper documents and store them as PDF files directly within the respective records in the CRM app.
You can scan the documents in the app by following the steps mentioned below:
1. Go to CRM mobile app.
2. Select the record.
3. Click the '+' in the Attachments section.
4. Choose 'Scan Document' option.
Context menus:
This feature gives a snapshot of the record along with preview actions which helps to get the work done faster.
We have supported the context menus in sections like Attachments, Tasks, Events, Calls and in My jobs module.
Touch and hold the data and carry out the relevant actions as per your requirement.
Gesture Control:
With Apple's new gestures, you will now be able to copy, paste, undo, redo the contents added in the notes using your finger tips!
Conversational Shortcuts:
You can now set custom Siri shortcuts to launch a custom view or the module list.
You can set Siri Shortcuts by following the steps given below:
1. Go to CRM app.
2. Settings.
3. Siri Shortcuts.
4. Create Siri Shortcuts.
Once done, if you would like a particular custom view to be launched, activate Siri and issue the voice command for the specific custom view to be launched.
