Hi,
A new way of inviting your customers to chat has been released in LiveDesk.
With this, you can invite your customers for a chat, right from your E-mail replies.
Where can I find this ?
- Go to Settings -> WebEmbed
- Enable the Signature Chat.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to get the Signature Chat code snippet for the desired theme.
Automatic signature, for the emails sent from LiveDesk.
To enable, go to Settings -> Portal Settings-> Signature Chat(The last config)
Choose the theme which you would like to use while replying the visitor.
Once enabled, chat signature will be automatically included while replying via Email.
