I'm in Canada and each province has it's own recycling program with it's own fee's. There are numerous categories that electronics fall into and each category has a taxable rate applied to it. I need a way to be able to apply the correct rate depending on which province the item will be shipped to.
I will also need to pull a detailed monthly report for each province showing the categories, items, and fee's so that I can remit the funds I collected to the corresponding agency.
What's the best way to handle this between the Commerce, Inventory, and the Books apps?
Is there anybody out there dealing with this already?
