Error creating Account from new Contact

Error creating Account from new Contact

I'm on the ZoHo One trial. The platform is obviously powerful and well thought out, but I am having trouble here. I'm a solopreneur and finding the Flow documentation sparse on details at best.

I'm trying to create a flow that automatically creates an account when a new contact is created in ZoHo CRM. My company deals with both business accounts (I bill the company), and individuals as accounts (I bill the person directly).

When I attempt to test the flow "New Contact" ---> "Create or Update Module Entry" I get the following error:

I'm usually very tech savvy but this is frustrating. It was working briefly and as far as I can tell nothing I did should have changed that.  Please help.
