Is there a way to escalate leave or timesheet approval if the reporting to is not available? Its not the same as Delegation. For example, a employee submits timesheet that needs to be approved within 5 hours. If 5 hours lapses, can it be cascaded to another person for approval?

* Also when the reporting to doesnt approve, can a email notification be sent to a user above the reporting to level??
