not all comments on our posts are transferred to Zoho Social and if they are, not all of them are converted into tickets. Basically, it seems that the API between Zoho and Meta is not working smoothly. Even if all comments ended up in Social, we would not be able to evaluate the work done by employees there, as this cannot be included in Analytics. So we are dependent on the tickets in ZohoDesk, which in turn do not work either, because not every comment is converted into a ticket.
In addition to this point, we have other problems with WhatsApp integration. Here, too, the dashboard only shows incorrect figures for the chats actually accepted in a day. Basically, we cannot evaluate the workload at all with Zoho, let alone complete every job, as not everything that happens on our channels is shown in Zoho.
