Event performance measuring
Hi all,
I'm re- building reports and dashboards in my org to measure event performance from our salesforce. We obviously take in account sales activities (meetings, calls and tasks) and amount of won deals and revenue as key metrics.
My question would be: do you use the campaigns module for this? would you use a date range for activities from the start of the event until a prudential date (e.g. 2 months after) for them to be related to a specific event/ campaign? do you take in account activity titles? do you force your sales ppl to enter info here in a given way?
