Existing Customers
I wonder if this is something I could ask.
We often get customer ringing in to make a booking, when we search for them as existing customers, only first and second name is displayed.
Having well over 6500 customers on our crm/booking customer list we are getting duplicates of genuine customers names. (both with the same name!) and appointment emails are going to the wrong customer.
Is there anyway that when searching the back office booking page, that more than just a name can be displayed? (email or Phone or both!)
I know the answer will be one day, sometime, never! but thought I would put it as a request!
