FAQs on Multiple CRM Organizations - Post your Questions
Dear All,
Accessing multiple CRM accounts using the one login credential provides administrators and users an easy way to login to different accounts. Often organizations maintain more than one CRM account to manage business, sales, and customer data that cater to different verticals, products or branches.
We understand our users will have many questions in mind regarding the setup and working of the feature. So, keeping that in mind we have consolidated a list of frequently asked questions and published them in our Zoho CRM - Knowledge Base as a single article.
