As an active member of the Zoho Community, I have been using the platform to interact with fellow users, seek help, and share my knowledge. However, I have noticed that currently, the only way to receive notifications for new messages or replies is through email. While this works fine for some users, I believe that having more notification options would greatly improve the user experience.
Therefore, I would like to request Zoho to add more notification options to the platform. For example, it would be great if users could receive notifications directly on the Zoho Community platform, either as a popup or a badge icon on the user's profile picture. This would make it easier for users to stay up-to-date with the latest activity and respond promptly to new messages or replies.
Additionally, it would also be useful to have the option to customize the types of notifications we receive. For example, I might only want to be notified when someone replies to my post or mentions me, while someone else might want to receive notifications for all new posts within a particular category. Having the ability to customize these settings would make it easier for users to manage their notifications and avoid being overwhelmed.
In conclusion, I believe that adding more notification options to the Zoho Community platform would greatly improve the user experience and make it easier for us to stay engaged with the community. I hope that Zoho will consider this feature request and implement it in the near future. Thank you for your attention.
