FLow stops at a certain point
Hi - I've put in a request to support but need an answer before the usual week to respond.
I've set up a new flow. It worked fine in testing, but now that its live its doing something strange.
I came into a number of failed tasks. As I opened the flow to review it, there were two Custom Functions that had pink around them. I couldn't edit them so had to replace them. It was strange, but a normal sort of strange for Zoho Flow.
As I investigated the other errors, nearly all of them failed at the same point. The second decision of the flow. The detail in the history did not show as an error - it just stopped.
I then detached and reattached the joins between the steps and tested it and the flow stopped at an earlier point intidicating it did not register any further steps. I detached and reattached the two steps in question and it seems to make no difference.
Anyone experienced anything like this with any clue what else I can try?
