We are migrating over from Basecamp 3 to Zoho Projects. We were used to work with intuitive project pages on Basecamp (
called "Docs and Files" on Basecamp by default) where the user can directly see the folder structure and the documents themselves presented on the folders. Please refer to the attached image. Projects is utilizing Zoho Wiki in the background but the folder and content presentation doesn't make itself clear to the user. The presentation used is not an intuitive one and makes the user search for content and the page structure itself. Even the sitemap feature doesn't make it clear about which folder does contain subpages. When you enter a subpage then you are directly presented with a page where actually we just wanted to create a subfolder containing documents/pages.
Please consider enhancing your presentation method to achieve a clearer navigation and an intuitive user experience.
