Every post about the new footer function is negative and all say: its a big downgrade.

The idea behind this new function was: Make it more simple.
Great, now its faster and more simple to add an footer.

But nobody from zoho team think about the more bigger negative side of this function?

And in this link you also can read the user comments and feedback and how much frustrated the users are.
This is a big downgrade. All say this. And also all our customer (90 zoho campaign accounts) are very frustrated.
Because:
- You can not setup custom default footer. Why not?
- You can not design the given/default footer. Why not?
- You have to switch every time to your custom footer. If you do not doing this or you forget this: you will have terrible looking default footer and you can not change the layout from it.
- The only one solution is: From now you need to work with bookmarked footer or you have to work with templates.

One it all: All this are only workflows to handle the problem. But why we have now this problem and you do not solve it?
Last year we lost 70 clients (zoho one subscriptions). And this year many other will also cancle their plan.
And the footer problem is a very good example why user start "hating" zoho and their downgrade and try to sell them like an upgrade.

Please, stop doing something without think about the topic to the end. Look to other newsletter services. They doing a great job without trouble and so much frustrating in forum. I never read a so much negativ forum like the zoho support forum. Think about why.
