Function seems not be working every time lately

Hi there,

Last june I created a workflow with a function that works like this: as a new deal record is generated, the deal name field is automatically renamed so that it starts with a code that comes from another number field (Serial Number) that is automatically generated during record creation.

E.i. Serial Number = 'P241234' --> Deal Name = 'P241234 - text by the Deal owner'

Over 200 deal records have been created since: the function worked almost every time except for 12 deal records that were created this month where the Deal name field wasn't automatically renamed.

I checked the function failure page, I couldn't find any failure related to the fuction.

I don't see anything special about those records compared to the ones where the function worked either.

I wonder if there are general issues going on in the current month related to functions that might explain this.
