we need to enhance the GDPR consent possibilities.
One general consent is not enought according to GDPR. It is like having nothing.
There should be at least 3 kinds
1. consent for a certain position only
2. consent for keeping the data in the database without using them (ie candidate does not want to be contacted but agrees to keep this information and notes conderning our communication in the database)
3. candidate agrees with keeping his data and receiving job offers
Respective to this there should be the same for opt out.
Are you working on this? It is quite critical regarding the GDPR policies.
