Have tried to set a password to my SSO Zoho account while signing in via SSO. The e-mail with the reset link arrives, but clicking the link brings up a "security question" asking for my date of birth. Can't remember having given this info on Zoho, and if I try with my birthday (in all kinds of formats) it brings up "Invalid answer".
This is annoying since I'd really like to be able to do things in the account that need password confirmation, such as adding secondary e-mail addresses.
Please help out with this. Zoho admins: if you'd need to create a dummy password and send it to me, that's fine.
