Group "Tasks" & "Events" do not share across Zoho platforms, and properly on Calenders for users?
Our company currently uses Zoho (Creator, Projects, Surveys, Connect, Reports, Mail). In trying give our users a single way to manage their tasks and Calenders, it seems the information across platforms does not flow as one would think. Also assigned tasks are not easily viewable in one place for as single user, who may have been assigned tasks by others, either from within a group context or just by another individual in the organization.
- In using the tasks and calenders from within the mail area, it seems that the information does not flow through all Zoho Apps. Case in point making an event in the group section of "Zoho Mail", does not automatically show up in the same groups "events" calender in the "Zoho Connect" application. Why when they are the same group of users.
- In "Zoho Mail" the "Tasks" assigned to a user, under an group does not show up in the assigned users, personal all tasks list. Which means the user has to go into each individual group he/she is a member of to see any assigned tasks, this is extremely time consuming for the user to get a full grasp of all assigned tasks for that single user. If assigned a task from a group or by just another individual in the organization the user should be able to see ALL assigned tasks in one place, with the added option of going to group and seeing only tasks assigned to user in that group. The later being the only current way the user can see a task assigned under the group.
- Tasks assigned do not always show up on calender of user, not sure why even after extensive testing. some show up and others do not. Shouldn't all tasks assigned show up on a calender view either in the personal calender of user, or within the group calender the task may have been assigned in?
