Help Needed: Billing and Stock Management for Variable Weight Cartons in Zoho Inventory
Hello,
I am currently facing a specific challenge in managing my inventory with Zoho Inventory and would like to seek your expertise for a suitable solution.
My requirement involves managing the stock of a specific product by the number of cartons, with a unique twist: each carton has a variable weight, and I wish to bill my clients based on this variable weight rather than the number of cartons. To be more precise, here's what I am looking to achieve:
Stock Tracking: How can I set up Zoho Inventory to track the number of cartons in stock, given that each carton's weight is different?
Billing Based on Weight: Is there a way to automate billing so that the cost is calculated based on the actual weight of each carton, rather than the number of cartons?
Data Accuracy: How can I ensure the accuracy of the data regarding the weight of the cartons when entering information into the system?
I am open to any suggestions, whether it's an existing feature of Zoho Inventory, customization via Zoho Flow, or even the use of scripts/APIs if necessary.
