Help with google calendar flow
Hi, new to using Zoho Flow and setting things up.
I've created a module in Zoho CRM called "Jobs" and put the relevant fields I need, I am then using Zoho Flow to create a flow that will create or update an event in my google calendar......
I've managed to create the event absolutely fine had no problems with that apart from matching the correct time/date variable, got there in the end. The updating/deleting a record part seems way more complicated as no matter what I try all that happens is it just creates another event, doesn't update or delete what am I missing, does this need 3 separate flows, 1 to create, 1 to update and 1 to delete? also with the update or delete action it requires an Event ID is this what could be going wrong?
so far I've tried triggering the workflow with Zoho CRM -
"Create or Update Module Entry"
"Create Module Entry"
"Update Related Module Entry"
then as the action for google I've been trying....
"Create Event"
"Update Event"
"Delete Event"
if anyone knows the correct workflow that would be amazing to be able to add a job in CRM module and it appear on my google calendar and then if I update or delete it, it will either disappear or update......
