I would like to be able to disable the lock feature in the Zoho Recruit Agency edition. When we mark a candidate as "Hired" it automatically locks the candidate. Sure, we can manually uncheck the box but we have no intention of ever locking a candidate so it just creates an extra step and another chance for an error.
