How do I move a file?

How do I move a file?

I added a file into the folders section and failed to select the right folder. So the file is there and the folder is above it. Thought it would be as easy as dragging and dropping the file into the folder, but no go. I see no simple way to just move the file into the folder. Please tell me I am just missing something obvious and the answer is not to delete and reupload the file?
