How do I perform end of workflow tasks in light of the new Zoho Campaigns changes?
So the decision to remove End of Workflow actions and related components has been made.
The rationale behind this is that it was deemed "redundant" by Zoho, implying there is another way to achieve the same thing.
We currently have workflows where we define Exit Criteria and perform tasks when a contact leaves the workflow for whatever reason e.g. they unsubscribe, another workflow moves them between lists etc. We use Exit Process rather than Exit Workflow and this works great.
In light of the recent changes, how do I define a common set of tasks to run now when a contact no longer meets the criteria to be in the workflow? I can only Exit the workflow now. I can't use the Process stage now as their is no "Is entry criteria satisfied" component.
How do I now trigger and performs tasks when a contact leaves the workflow mid process?
Please tell me you haven't removed a feature and not replaced it when the reasoning behind removing it says otherwise.
