How many messages you can send per day?

How many messages you can send per day?

I would like to know how many letters can be sent per day on ZohoMail
And also what period of time should be so that they could not be blocked for spam.

I'm sending a lot of people promotional offers that may interest them, it has nothing to do with spam!
I would like to know how to do it right, because there are more than 100,000 mailboxes to send letters to

I would also like to know about ZeptoMail
Is there a time lag between letters that with my account as well as the email domain did not happen.
