I have been unable to figure out how to assign corporate cards to individual users, and it doesn't seem like it should be as difficult as it has been for me.
Our company uses Capital one credit cards. Upon syncing our account to Zoho expense by adding it manually, all of the expenses made by all account users were feeding into the app under the account managers account number. I was instructed that each user would need to create their own individual logins to Capital One, and then from would be able to use their individual logins within the app, to then be able to assign individual cards.
Unfortuantely, this did not work, and Capital one informed me that this would not be possible for account users due to security reasons. We decided to switch over to Chase credit cards - I figured chase would have to work given that its such a popular bank - and we encountered the same issue.
I don't understand how individual cards can be synced to the app and assigned to individual users using this app. It didn't seem like it should be that difficult, but I could not figure this out and unfortunately had to end our plan because of it.
I didn't try direct feed integration because I read online that other users seemed to have difficultly with it with Chase Bank. Also still wasn't clear to me how to setting that up would allow me to assign individual cards.
Someone please explain to me how this app can work and how individual cards can be synced and assigned to individual users.
