I want to built a workflow, that gives a user the task to manually check if the job opening does have all the informations another user would need to take over the responsability for this job opening without further briefings (in case of illness etc.)
For this I want to trigger a task 2 weeks after the job opening is running (Job Status "In Bearbeitung" in our case) and then every 3 months this status doesn't change so that in case the job opening is closed no more tasks are triggerd.
This what i have so far, but for this workflow I would have to manually add scheduled actions that get triggerd no matter what, correct?
Additionally it would be great if this task could be distibuted round robin style so that these tasks could get distributed evenly amongst the users, so that no one recruiter does check all the job openings nor the record owner has to check his own job opening.
