How to capture 'Score' from Zoho Survey that is used for conducting quiz based assessments, and make the number flow to other apps?

How to capture 'Score' from Zoho Survey that is used for conducting quiz based assessments, and make the number flow to other apps?

I am using Zoho Survey to build quiz based assessments. Each response is pre-assigned a score value. So assume there are 10 questions with each correct response carrying 10 marks.. totalling up to 100. 

Now if the quiz taker scores 80, how can I capture this score into another app (Be it a CRM like Zoho Bigin or a third party platform like Bubble.io)?

Can an integration be possible via Zoho Flow?
