Zoho's products are so flexible that I don't know where to begin. Despite having 2 technically savvy (coding experience) people working on this, we're feeling completely overwhelmed and frustrated with the months long setup process.
Our Marketing Coordinator and I have spent 100+ hours watching videos, attending webinars and going back and forth with the onboarding team to get the basics setup (phone, email, sms, and WhatsApp). We're almost done with the basics, but we don't have the time to continue with Zoho setup and still do our day jobs.
I've looked at the Zoho Partners page and applied all the filters they allow, but there still dozens of options. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find the right Partner without reaching out to 40+ different matches? Is Upwork better? Fiverr? Something else?
I'd love to use Follow Up Boss because I've been told it's much more user friendly and usable out of the box, but our firm is in Puerto Rico and all of the features of Follow Up Boss don't work with Puerto Rico phone numbers.
