We are synchronizing our leads & contact from the CRM to campaign. We also added a signup form (aith reCaptcha) on our website, si visitor can subscribe to one or multiple newsletter list.
We noticed (only lately) that we have a lot of new subscribers in our Zoho Campaigns contacts. They are definitely spam due to the data shown (first and last name are all the same).
These new subscribers are not synchronized with the CRM (not even appearing in the Approve list), but Sales Signals mentions them.
Now... How can we manage these new subscribers and spam from Campaign? I don't find a way to sort them by date of subscription, for example. I can't find in which list they subscribed (if not all of them).
We are talking about 50-100 new email address a day. My colleague can't handle the cleaning, as it take too much time.
What is the best practice and how to do it in Campaign? Is there a better way to have a signup form which avoid or has an anti spam filter ?
