Before I share with you the results of your suggestion, I need to preface it with this. I am not an IT person. I know just enough to get myself into trouble. With that being said, I've asked for help from Zoho support several times and each time the answer was not only wrong, but I had to figure out my own workaround to accomplished what I was looking for. I feel slighted and discarded as a client. I have a lower-end package and would like to upgrade to a higher-end package when the time is right. However, at this point, I am doubtful that I will stay at all, as the customer service is less than helpful.
This matter is something I don't know how to work around and I really need your help. The suggestion you provided did not work, as "Experience" is a system field. I don't have permissions to change systems fields. Could you provide a formula, that will work, that will add up all of my previous and current work experience? The current "Experience" field only adds up from the "Date of Joining". It doesn't update after you adjust the date of joining once the record is created. Below is proof that I do not have permission to change the Experience field. Also is my original proof that shows the Experience result is grayed out.
