Hello Zoho team,
I'm trying to use the Zoho email marketing campaign. The problem is that even though I have set the SPF and DKIM records for my domain and get two green tek in the zoho panel, the email campaign setup does not accept any of my emails, and I receive the following error:
Your email address is already configured as a sender address in another account. Please try one of the following:
Contact the admin to get your email address removed from that account OR
Add another email address and set it as the sender addressAdd sender address
Get privilege to use another user's sender address to send an email campaign
Even though I created a new email address, nothing changed.
I should note that my email holder is Zoho itself.
