I can't use mail

I can't use mail

Hello! 
Yesterday I bought a subscription from you in order to create a new mail. 
Without a subscription, I could only use one email. 
After subscribing, I was able to create a new email hello@essencetics.com

But it doesn't work, I can't use it. 
Please help me deal with this problem.
