I need to create a custom "job specification" report per deal closed

Hi all, we offer a measure and quote style service to our customers. We attend site, measure up, take photos (and upload them to zoho crm) and then write a description for the quote detailing how the work will take place for the customer.

How can I make a document per quote we mark as close won. In effect, what I'm looking for is a document similar to our quote, excluding pricing information, but including products, quantities, and the description from the quote, PLUS the photos uploaded to zoho.

I've tried the "Documents" module but it doesn't link the fields I need. This has to be done for every job we mark as closed won, and it needs to be accessible in the quote module. I want it printable as a PDF please. I don't want this made using the template selection form in the quote module as I'm concerned that the task of making the document I'm seeking won't be noted in the history of the deal.

Any suggestions?
