If I delete a lead from CRM Lead, or convert them from Lead to Account / Contact, will they be removed from Campaigns that are set up to sync with CRM Leads?

If I delete a lead from CRM Lead, or convert them from Lead to Account / Contact, will they be removed from Campaigns that are set up to sync with CRM Leads?

I have a mailing list on Campaigns, that is synced to the CRM Leads tab. Now all I have been doing is to import leads from CRM to Campaigns. If I delete the Lead from CRM Leads, will they get removed from Campaigns as well? Similarly, if I convert a lead to Account / Contact, they will no longer be under the Leads tab anymore. Will they be removed from Campaigns?

If not, how can I set up a way to let Zoho CRM and Campaigns to communicate when a lead is removed from CRM Leads, they should be removed from Campaigns as well?
