You only have POP3 integration, which seems to mark EVERY email as read on my email hosts servers and in outlook. This has already been highly detrimental to business, and i've had to disable the function. it's the only way to properly add emails received/sent to a contact or candidate. This is a highly sought after feature that has been discussed multiple times over the last few years on the forums & internet and to my opinion a major flaw with the service. Please can you make this a feature with the highest priority.
