IMAP Error with Outlook

IMAP Error with Outlook

Set up Account as IMAP in Outlook correctly.  It was enabled at the website.  At the test connection, it logged me in properly.  But the test message failed and the message said "ERR-this user is not authenticated".

I gave up and set it up successfully as a "pop" account.  But can you tell me what that error means and how to fix it?
