Importing Contacts - Almost ALL mapped fields showing as blank
Hi, I am having an issue importing contacts over to Zoho. I create a .csv as required, and in this csv I include the following fields:
Company Name
Contact Name (separated into first and last name)
Phone
Email
Title
Address Street
City
State
Zip Code
However, apart from the mandatory 'Last name' field, NOTHING is mapping across, even though I manually mapped them in Zoho to match the required fields.
So my records have a last name as a full contact name, a BLANK company name, a BLANK email, BLANK phone, blank everything else! Even though that data was populated in the csv file.
Even going into a contact record, all these fields are BLANK! None of the data in the spreadsheet copied across, in spite of me meticulously mapping it.
There is no data in any of my records. I can't add all our customers (10 000 ish) manually as it would take a really long time, yet the import is pulling NO data across at all and I can't understand why.
Is there a way to fix this?
A CRM that can't copy across our old CRM contacts is virtually useless to us.
