Hi,
our sales people have been working with Zoho CRM for a while now.
We are in the process of switching to One and I need a little idea.
How did you design the process when a customer calls the central number?
Until now we sent a mail with a callback request to the employee.
But I want all calls to be logged in Zoho.
We also get tickets in for Zoho Desk and ordering consumables through the same phone channel.
