Integrate ZOHO with Contact form 7

Integrate ZOHO with Contact form 7

I have seen a thread where this is discussed, but no solution is clearly posted.

I am presently using the Contact Form 7 plugin on my Wordpress website.  My client has just started using ZOHO. I need a way to populate my contact form 7 data to Zoho leads.

Can someone please provide a solution to doing this?  Thank you in advance.
