Introducing Document Download APIs

Exciting news! Our Document Download APIs are available now, providing easy access to the signed contract documents and letters for seamless integration with your workflow. For example, you can now automate storing the signed documents in your cloud drives whenever the contract or its amendments, renewals, or extensions are signed. 

  1. Download Signed Document API. To download the signed contract document or the contract's latest signed amendment, renewal, or extension letter in the PDF format. If the contract has no amendments, renewals, or extensions, it will retrieve the original contract's signed document. Otherwise, it will retrieve the signed letter of the latest amendment, renewal, or extension, whichever is the latest.

  2. Download Signature Completion Certificate API. To download the signature completion certificate of the original contract or the contract's latest signed amendment, renewal, or extension letter. It retrieves the latest among these, as mentioned in the above API. The completion certificate's format is PDF.

  3. Download Active Document API. To download the active contract document or the contract's latest active amendment, renewal, or extension letter, whichever is the latest. The file format is DOCX.
