Facing issues across our org with Cliq. Haven't heard anything from Zoho support or the status page.
We are getting reports that Ciq is returning errors, not loading, not refreshing, failing to work on Mobile app and some channels are now mistakenly marked as only for announcements.
Some examples:
1. Refreshing Cliq takes a full minute
2. Mobile app doesn't load for most users
3. Channels marked as only for announcements incorrectly
4. Live feed of colleagues' status is not working at all, page is empty.
5. Many users receive a variety of error messages regardless of what action they take
