Ok I have yet to implicate a flow yet, so need some confidence that time spent is worth it.
I feel that this may be the best place to set out a scenario and ask if it has been done or can be done or I am wasting time looking to do it! using Flow and Shopify Link.
We use Zoho Bookings to take bookings from our customers. They add contact details within Zoho Bookings.
When they attend, we use Shopify as our POS. They maybe a new customer or an existing one.
I want to find out if, when they fill in the Booking details a check can be made to see if they are an existing customer, if NO, then they would be added as a new customer, so the POS has their details ready when they check out, if they are an existing customer, then do nothing as we would already have their details.
This seems an easy ask, but as I am yet to delve into Flow in any way I thought I would ask...
