So I came across one of the challenges which my client kept on me to setup the system for the Gaming Industry (Passion Gaming)

Here, we suggested the client for online marketing, segmentation, lead generation and pipeline and stages. As we were thinking of which software will manage on these criteria to set up the client's system and we found Zoho CRM is the perfect match.
CRM provides end-to-end Customer Relationship Management services and is a proprietary web-based software solution owned and developed by Passion Gaming Private Limited. The solution delivers powerful analytical capabilities to completely automate Player Retention Activities, Data Management, Content and Template Management, SMS and Email Integration & Scheduling, Dashboards and Reporting, Audit and Log Management, Threshold Limit for Player Activity, Role-Based Access Controls. This solution gives a 360-degree view of player activity and proactively assists in efficiently managing player relations.
Challenges:
To ensure that Passion Gaming faces no problem in reaching out to the customers, our team of Zoho consultants analysed the business model and scope of growth in different departments. The entire process of analysis, devising solutions, and implementing them was rather an interesting project for Encaptechno.
We wanted to help our clients in the sense that their platform is an end-to-end experience rather than just a simple gaming platform. With an aim to offer the best solutions that could be enjoyed by gamers from the comfort of their homes, we worked to develop a couple of things that helped Passion Gaming. • Email Automation: After analyzing the platform of Passion Gaming, we discovered that the system should be capable of sending automated emails to customers and prospects for improved customer relationship management.
• Chatbots Using Advanced Zia: We decided to implement a chatbot that could create a path for capturing customers and record their details in Zoho CRM.
• First Call Resolution: We advised that there should be a first call resolution system so that the customer issues can be resolved efficiently and quickly.
• CSAT Report: We suggested a customer satisfaction scoring report for ensuring that all customer interactions can be evaluated in terms of how satisfied a customer was.
• Customer Portal: We advised applying filter-based criteria for populating the KB articles so that the cases and tickets can be closed quickly.
• Instant Chat: We also introduced an instant chat feature between the agents and customers with the help of integration with the SalesIQ Chat.
• ASAP: We also suggested an instant help feature in the name of Instant Help Feature.
• De-duping: We advised Contact Deduplication for existing (2 lac records)
• Integration: Bi-directional sync between Back Office and Zoho desk.
